How to play Number Trail

Choose a board
Gentle has 9 numbers, Standard has 16, and Challenge has 25. Press Start Number Trail when you are ready.
Find the next number
Tap 1, then 2, then 3, and continue in order. Consecutive numbers can be anywhere on the board; they do not need to touch.
Take a hint or undo
Show next number outlines the number you need. Undo takes back your last correct tap. A wrong tap does not cost a point, and there is no timer.
Finish your trail
Find every number to finish. An unfinished board saves in this browser when storage is available. Play Again deals a new arrangement.
Frequently asked questions
Do the numbers need to be next to each other?
No. Find the numbers in counting order wherever they are. You do not draw a path or add numbers together.
Is Number Trail timed?
No. You can take as long as you like, use a hint, or undo a correct tap. A wrong tap leaves the board unchanged.
Can I continue later?
Yes. An unfinished trail saves in the same browser when storage is available. Clearing browser data can remove that save.
